Seems like there will be a new member added to the ranks of the popular WWE faction.
The May 19th episode of WWE Raw saw another interesting twist in the saga of the Judgment Day. Liv Morgan has been notably absent from WWE TV for the past few weeks as she was away filming for her Hollywood debut.
In the period of her absence, Finn Balor took Dominik Mysterio’s advice to add members to the Judgment Day and introduced Roxanne Perez to the faction, a move which both Dirty Dom and Raquel Rodriguez opposed, stating that Liv Morgan would definitely not be happy with this decision.
Finn tried reassuring them by stating that the former NXT Champion was not “officially” a member but just an ally for Liv and Raquel to fall back on.
To sweeten the deal, Perez gifted Dom chicken tenders and Carlito a bag of apples, an act that seemed to annoy Rodriguez.
This twist builds on the observation by fans over the last few weeks, where Finn and Perez were seen having conversations in the background of other backstage segments, and will be interesting to see how this angle plays forward, as Perez is also one of the contenders in the Women’s Money In The Bank match.
Finn Balor Always Wanted To Add To The WWE Faction
Though they have mentioned many times that they have no leader, Finn Balor has often been the de facto mouthpiece for the WWE faction. In fact, he has always had plans to recruit and expand the ranks of the group to establish their dominance, a sentiment he had shared since Dominik was added to the group.
Would this lead to an all-out implosion within the group? Would Liv willingly accept Roxanne Perez as an unlikely ally? These answers should hopefully be answered in the coming weeks and will serve as a great backdrop for the build towards Money In The Bank PPV.
