WWE Advertises Injured Star For Upcoming European Tour

WWE has announced that injured Superstar Rhea Ripley is set to be part of the upcoming European tour.

On November 4th, the company confirmed an 11-city tour across the UK and Europe, scheduled for March 2025. This major event will feature numerous top stars just weeks before WrestleMania 41. In the official press release, they highlighted several big names, including former Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley.

Fans in attendance will see their favorite WWE Superstars just weeks ahead of WrestleMania 41, including Undisputed WWE Champion “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes, World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER, Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, Seth “Freakin” Rollins, Rhea Ripley, Drew McIntyre, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill, and many more*. *Talent subject to change

Ripley’s inclusion in the promotional material comes as a surprise, as she has been sidelined after suffering a legitimate orbital bone fracture. Her injury led to her being written off programming, and there is still no official word on when she will make her in-ring return. However, according to a new report, WWE is hopeful that Rhea Ripley will be cleared to compete in time for WrestleMania 41.

What Were WWE’s Plans For Rhea Ripley Prior To Her Injury?

It was reported that WWE had plans for Rhea Ripley before her orbital bone injury which prompted the company to change its plans for the Crown Jewel PLE as they had planned for Ripley to face off against Raquel Rodriguez in a singles bout at the show. It was also reported that the four-way match for the Women’s Tag Team Championship was added to the show to replace the cancelled singles match.
