The film in question is called Welcome to Paradise, and according to IMDB, Grace plays the role of Lisa (Jacked Wrestling Demon Form). A synopsis of the film reads as follows:
A woman finds herself in a strange, magical carnival with no memory of anything but her own name. Time is running out, can she find her way back to reality or will she succumb to her fantasy?
Welcome to Paradise is written and directed by Richard Summers-Calvert and produced by Crucible Films.
Has Jordynne Grace Had Talks With WWE?
Back in January, Jordynne Grace shocked the world when she entered the 2024 Royal Rumble as TNA Knockouts Champion. Grace returned to WWE in May when she appeared on NXT as the surprise opponent for Roxanne Perez at the upcoming Battleground PLE. She is currently embroiled in a feud with NXT star Wendy Choo as well as TNA’s Rosemary, and is set to face the duo soon with the aid of a mystery partner.
During a June interview with McKenzie Mitchell, Jordynne Grace confirmed that she’d had talks with WWE in the past but ultimately chose to remain with TNA. She said:
“I really truly think it’s been about timing. There’s been a few times when my contract has been coming up and I’ve talked to WWE and I kept staying at TNA because it’s where I was comfortable and I didn’t know how WWE was gonna treat me. So, it’s just kind of crazy to me that it wasn’t the time then but it’s the time now and now I get the best of both worlds. Everything works out exactly the way it’s supposed to.” (h/t POST Wrestling)
In recent news, the strange reason a former TNA star won’t be inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame has been revealed.
