The Judgment Day Heading To NXT

Finn Balor WWE Judgment Day Dominik Mysterio

Despite a warning from Rhea Ripley, Carmelo Hayes is determined to make sure he’s involved in Judgment Day’s business.

On the June 27th episode of NXT, Ripley made a surprise return to WWE’s third brand to send a warning to the NXT Champion after he got involved with Finn Balor the previous night on Raw, and ended up in a match with the Judgment Day star.

However, despite the warning, Hayes has no plans to back down.

In a backstage segment with Trick Williams the star said while the pair don’t take the threats from Ripley lightly, she didn’t really say anything. So they called out the group, even though Damian Priest holds the Money In The Bank briefcase, and challenged them to come to NXT.

After the Women’s World Champion called the pair “idiots” on social media, Finn Balor posted a reply of his own accepting the offer.

The Judgment Day Hit Trouble On Raw

Despite the fighting talk from Balor on NXT, 24 hours earlier on Raw the group appeared to be falling apart.

The show went off the air with an argument raging between the Irish star and Damian Priest with the latter claiming the former World Champion had prevented him cashing in his Money In The Bank contract. This followed a tension-filled ending to the show in London where Balor believed a distraction from Priest had prevented him from defeating Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Title.
