The Rock has revealed that Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins had very different reactions to leaving him injured on Monday Night Raw.
In early 2013 The Rock was wrapped up with a feud with CM Punk with the pair set to meet at the Royal Rumble.
Just prior to the event, The Shield, made up of Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose (Jon Moxley) viciously attacked the Great One, leaving him laying with a Triple Powerbomb. After the attack, the trio who were operating on behalf of Punk departed to leave The Rock spitting blood in the ring as the ‘Voice of the Voiceless’ cut a promo.
During a recent appearance on an Instagram Live stream alongside Rollins, Becky Lynch and long-time collaborator Brian Gewirtz. The former World Champion recalled how Rollins and Reigns hilariously had two very different reactions to his injuries.
“You know what was really cool? When The Shield attacked me before WrestleMania [Means Royal Rumble] and powerbombed me, and I remember Seth… I was on Roman’s shoulders. He threw me down so hard on that mat. Busted my blood vessels, blood started coming out of my mouth. Roman looked down and was like, ‘You okay, Uso?’ And as far as I can answer, Seth was like, ‘Who gives a s**t!’ and walks away.”
While The Rock hasn’t wrestled in a number of years, The Great One has been linked with a return at WrestleMania 39 to take on Roman Reigns. While there has been a much publicised changed at the top of WWE, it was recently reported that the plan was still for the two stars to meet at the spectacular in California.
