A well-known wrestler sustained an injury while imitating The Undertaker on WWE NXT.
A six-man tag team match occurred on the recent NXT episode, which saw Yoshiki Inamura, Josh Briggs, and Elijah align against Wes Lee, AJ Francis, and Trick Williams. During the match, Elijah paid homage to The Undertaker by doing his rope walk, but unfortunately, it seemed like he landed awkwardly, causing him to possibly sustain an injury.
According to FWOnline.com, the TNA star might have injured his arm or tricep, as he didn’t use his left arm for the rest of the match. Bryan Alvarez also noted on his X that nobody might have noticed the star’s injury, adding this to say in his full report of the show:
“What happened was, he tried the Undertaker old-school and landed really weird on his elbow and appeared to injure it badly. He basically didn’t use his arm for the rest of the match and somehow nobody noticed it. May have been an elbow injury or a torn triceps.”

Elijah Revealed He Was Supposed To Face The Undertaker In WWE
During Elijah’s time in WWE, then known as Elias, he crossed paths with several stars like John Cena, Kevin Owens, and at one point, had a short meeting with The Undertaker in 2019. As it turns out, it was supposed to lead to a singles match between them.
On Sports Illustrated, the former superstar revealed that his segment with The Undertaker on the RAW after WrestleMania was supposed to lead to them having a match in Saudi Arabia for that year’s Super Showdown, but that match went to Goldberg.
“I was supposed to go on and face the Undertaker at the show in Saudi Arabia. That never ended up happening because of Goldberg, but that was supposed to be my match.”
In other news: Elijah is not writing off a permanent WWE return.
