MJF Sends Warning To Shane McMahon Regarding Possible AEW Appearance

MJF has let his feelings be known about Shane McMahon and a possible appearance in AEW.

The wrestling world was shocked back in July when a photo emerged of Shane McMahon and Tony Khan seen together in a meeting room in Arlington, Texas. While no further updates on what the future holds have been provided, fans continued to fantasy book what a McMahon in AEW could look like and some potential opponents for McMahon.

With the American Champion known for being ruthless on the mic and having plenty of ammunition given the history of the McMahon family, is MJF interested in a verbal or physical confrontation with McMahon?

Speaking with Jack King of Cultaholic, the former World Champion warned McMahon that it would be bad for his health if he attempted to spar on the mic with The Generational Talent:

“I think it would be bad for Shane McMahon’s mental health to get in a ring with me on a microphone or bell to bell. So my answer is yes, because I would have the time of my f*cking life. But my answer also just because I’m so salt to the earth is I think for the first time in my career, maybe I’d feel bad.”

When asked about the meeting, the American Champion gave the response that most would expect:

“He’s a f**king mark. I mean, yeah, that was my reaction. I don’t respect either of them. I respect the fact that I am the highest-paid athlete in my company. Rightfully so. Outside of that and the money stuff. I don’t know, man.”

MJF Addresses Britt Baker Incident

Earlier in the month, Maxwell Jacob Friedman hit the headlines due to a confrontation that allegedly took place backstage that also involved Britt Baker. During the same interview, MJF addressed the events that took place and the misinformation that spread from the incident.

Also in the interview, MJF explained why his return was ahead of schedule.

Speaking in a new interview, MJF addressed the likelihood of another match against CM Punk had the events of All In 2023 not taken place.
