MJF Explains Why He Hates This Popular WWE Star: “She’s Probably A Bad Person”

MJF Asked To Use WWE Hall Of Famer's Finisher, Was Told No

Ex-AEW World Champion MJF has expressed his hatred for this WWE star.

Set to release on 25th July, 2025, on Netflix, Adam Sandler’s ‘Happy Gilmore 2’ also stars AEW star MJF and WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch. Portraying one of Sandler’s four sons in the film, Maxwell Jacob Friedman recently discussed his thoughts on Lynch’s SummerSlam 2025 opponent, Lyra Valkyria.

Speaking on Busted Open Radio, the former World Champion complimented his co-star Lynch before expressing his hatred for Valkyria.

“I’m a big fan of Becky Lynch. Hate that Lyra (Valkyria) girl. I agree with Becky. [Lyra] stinks. I’m a staunch Becky Lynch supporter. If you have an issue with Becky Lynch, I have an issue with you. Not into this Lyra chick. Something is up with her. She’s probably a bad person.”

He further opened up about his interactions with Lynch on the sets of ‘Happy Gilmore 2’.

“Oh yeah. Me and Becky, we go way back. We are good friends.”

MJF Has A Proposal For Hall Of Famer Goldberg

During his recent appearance on Busted Open Radio, MJF opened up on naming Goldberg and The Rock as his childhood heroes, before mentioning how he is now open to fighting the former Universal Champion and embarrassing him.

“If Goldberg wants some, I’m right here, but I will embarrass him. I will demolish him. I will snap, crackle, and pop every tendon, ligament, and bone in his stupid, old, musty body. You know who’s next? Nobody. I’d be last, capisce? So, if he wants a proper send-off, he should be facing a generational talent. I’m right here, if he’s interested, but… A) I’m gonna need to be paid a lot of money if you want to see that match, and B) I would imagine he doesn’t come cheap, either. So, a lot of stars have to align for that to happen.

“I think AEW fans would like to see me do anything. AEW fans would like if I pulled my trunks down and took a big fat dump in the middle of the ring, I’m the greatest who’s ever lived. As far as MJF vs. Goldberg specifically, I mean… that’s a huge marquee match in any era.

I think there are a lot of wrestling fans that feel that I would’ve fit in, in that era, a great deal, especially when you think of the people and mic workers of the time. Goldberg? A bumbling idiot, not a great talker, but an incredible, intense mega-star, that I cannot take away from him, and yeah… I think that’s a huge box office match.”
