Tony Khan's AEW Chaos: Recent Creative Process

Former International Champion of Tony Khan‘s AEW has an interesting contract update.

While, the current titleholder MJF dumped the International Champion and introduced the American Championship, former champion Rey Fenix is now expected to leave the Jacksonville-promotion for greener pastures.

As per a report from Fightful Select, Fenix’s contract with Khan’s promotion is set to expire later this year. However, the exact date of the contract expiration remains to be explored. Fenix’s tag-team partner Penta El Zero Miedo is also rumored to be done with his current promotion, and join WWE.

While both the stalwarts are expected to join Triple H in WWE, internal sources from Khan’s brand have reported on the promotion retaining both of them. Fenix and Penta have been with Khan’s promotion since 2019 and have won multiple championships.
