Adam Page and Jon Moxley are set to face each other at AEW All In for the World Title in a Texas Death Match. From the name alone, it is expected that the exchange will be extremely violent and bloody, something that has bothered the champion’s wife, Paquette.
Renee Paquette Says Jon Moxley’s AEW All In Match Has Affected Her Daily Life
Ahead of All In, Renee and Jon were filmed having a candid conversation in a car where they talked about Moxley’s feud with Adam Page. Paquette asked her husband if it was a good call that Page was not bringing his family, to which the champion answered, “Yes.”
The panelist also questioned why the feud had to be “insane,” as not only would she have to sit and watch, but she also had to dissect their bout and rivalry due to her job, which affects her day-to-day life. Mox then told her that she wasn’t afforded the luxury of pretending nothing was happening.
Paquette questioned the AEW World Champion about pushing his boundaries since winning the title, to which he replied that failure doesn’t exist, and he doesn’t believe that his opponent was stronger now than a few years ago. Although Renee stated that something about the match doesn’t sit right in her stomach, Moxley answered that he was at peace.
Finally, Jon Moxley ended his rant on Adam Page by saying that he had nothing personal against his rival, as he hadn’t burnt his house down. However, he remained confident that he would retain the title this weekend, and the only way that wouldn’t happen is if he got struck by lightning.
