Jeff Hardy is an undoubtable star in pro wrestling, but that can also come with unfortunate incidents at the airport.
A video was just posted on social media of the recently-returned Jeff Hardy being ambushed by autograph seekers at the airport. The video has two individuals approaching Hardy with a stack of 8×10 pictures for him to sign and Jeff kindly obliges, but judging by the number of pictures there are to sign, it’s evident that these two aren’t fans.
Hardy’s older brother, Matt Hardy, watched the stomach-turning video and gave his blunt thoughts on the matter.
Jeff doesn’t actively look at anything on Twitter unless he has something to post, so I’m gonna address this. This is def taking advantage of Jeff’s kindness. If you see a wrestler in an airport & ask for an autograph or 2, that’s acceptable. This isn’t. Not appropriate or cool.

Jeff Hardy Isn’t The First (Or Last) To Be Taken Advantage Of By Autograph Seekers
Unfortunately, too many wrestlers fall prey to this ongoing autograph seeker contingent at the airport. These individuals continually make a habit of camping out at baggage claim solely approach a wrestler in order to get merchandise signed. However, unlike an actual fan, these individuals will later turn around and then sell those items for a profit. Several other videos of such incidents have gone viral online involving other stars such as Rey Mysterio and Rhea Ripley having the exact same thing happen to them. Ripley even took a stand in a recent interview knowing that some of these “fans” have a clear-cut agenda.
“It was one fan specifically, he’s notorious, he’s always at the airport getting our signatures and selling them on eBay — we know his face, we know who he is. He was the main instigator, he followed me out and others followed him too and they all followed me as I’m trying to find my Uber.”
Another name to speak out against airport stalkers is two-time WWE Hall Of Famer Kevin Nash.
