“I Love Cody Rhodes, But I’m A Little Concerned For Him” – Lex Luger

Lex Luger has weighed in on Cody Rhodes‘ unsuccessful attempt to conclude his story at WrestleMania 39.

Lex Luger himself is no stranger to a failed main event push in WWE, as he experienced a similar situation in 1993 when he failed to capture the WWE Championship from Yokozuna at the WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view. Drawing parallels, Luger expressed his concerns about Cody Rhodes’ missed opportunity at WrestleMania 39 during the inaugural episode of his podcast, Lex Expressed.

Luger emphasised the importance of seizing the moment, acknowledging Rhodes’ momentum leading up to the event. He praised Rhodes’ exceptional in-ring skills, captivating interviews, and impeccable costuming. However, Luger admitted that he’s a little worried for Rhodes, as he believes that Cody may have missed his moment at WrestleMania 39. With rumours of other stars, like The Rock, potentially entering the picture, Luger expressed his concern for Rhodes’ future storyline.

Sometimes, you have to seize the moment. Now, we see other stars rising up. There’s talk of The Rock coming in. Cody, I think he’s one of the best workers, the best interview. His costuming is immaculate. I love Cody Rhodes, but I’m a little concerned for him. I know he’s very confident and I don’t know about the storyline they have for him, but maybe he missed his moment there. So, we shall see. To be continued. I hope not.

What Is Cody Rhodes Doing In WWE Now?

Cody Rhodes has recently become the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion alongside Jey Uso, another former member of The Bloodline. This recent pairing with Jey Uso suggests that Rhodes is far from finished with The Bloodline and its leader Roman Reigns.
