Finn Balor made some time for friends while back in the United Kingdom this weekend for Money In The Bank.

“The Demon King” has a World Heavyweight Title match set for Saturday against Seth Rollins but made an effort to meet up with an old friend he certainly hasn’t seen in awhile, at least under the WWE banner. Balor took a moment to get a photo with his longtime friend, PAC, and even made sure to share a notable designation with the former Adrian Neville.

“BASTARDS”

The History between Finn Balor And PAC

It was seven years ago when Finn Balor beat Aaron Neville on the March 2 episode of NXT, and the two faced a few times before that. However, their history goes back even deeper to New Japan Pro-Wrestling when Neville was PAC and Balor was Prince Devitt. The two comrades from the U.K. fought one another in singles competition back in 2012 during Best Of The Super Junior tournament. It was PAC, representing Dragon Gate at the time, who picked up the victory against Balor.

A former NXT Champion and Cruiserweight Champion, PAC eventually made his leave from WWE in 2018 and became a top star in the early days of AEW, feuding with another NJPW name in Kenny Omega. He is currently out of action recovering from a broken nose but s slated to return soon. PAC is actually one of the several faces featured in a full page advertisement in the UK Metro paper for the upcoming ALL IN event taking place in August.
