Chris Jericho is leaving nothing to chance as he bids to defeat Will Ospreay.
At AEW All In, Chris Jericho will look to take down Will Ospreay and get back on track after the Jericho Appreciation Society walked out on him. To try and get the upper hand before the match, Jericho went back to a tried and tested method of donning a mask and launching a surprise attack.
At RevPro Anniversary XI, Ospreay took on and defeated Shingo Takagi. With the celebrations getting underway, Ospreay was challenged to a match at NJPW Royal Quest III by Zack Sabre Jr. for the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship. With the match set, Ospreay addressed his home crowd before being attacked by a mystery figure in a mask.
The masked man hit a Codebreaker and then removed the mask to reveal themselves to be Chris Jericho. The first-ever AEW World Champion’s attack brought back memories of his assault on Kenny Omega at the original All In back in 2018 while wearing a Pentagon Jr. mask.
In recent news, Sammy Guevara and Jericho recreated a WrestleMania 19 spot on AEW Dynamite Grand Slam.
Fozzy To Play Chris Jericho To the Ring At Wembley Stadium
All In is set to be one of the biggest events in the history of professional wrestling, and The Ocho will be entering in style. Speaking ahead of the monster show at Wembley Stadium, Chris Jericho revealed he’ll be played to the ring by his band Fozzy.
Jericho uses the band’s most popular track Judas as his entrance music.
Also at the event, Ospreay was challenged to a match at Royal Quest III.
