Challenger Confirmed For Jon Moxley's AEW World Championship At Revolution

AEW World Champion Jon Moxley is set to defend his title against Adam Copeland at Revolution following a tense confrontation on the February 12 episode of Dynamite.

The challenge was set after Copeland and Jay White stole the briefcase containing the AEW World Championship. In a bold move, Copeland threatened to break open the case using Spike, a spiked 2×4, and reveal the title to the world. However, before he could follow through, Moxley interrupted and agreed to the match, making it official for the upcoming pay-per-view event.

Moxley made it clear how much the title meant to him, vowing to prove it by “breaking Copeland’s neck” at Revolution. The intensity escalated when Moxley’s stable, The Death Riders—comprising Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, Pac, and Marina Shafir—ambushed Copeland and White in an attempt to reclaim the stolen briefcase. Though they managed to retrieve it, the chaos ended with Copeland and White standing tall.

AEW Revolution takes place on March 9, from the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California.
