Following the AEW exit of Stu Grayson, one member of The Dark Order has indicated that they might be following him out of the company.
The Dark Order began to take shape when Evil Uno and Stu Grayson debuted in AEW at Double Or Nothing 2019. In the early days, the duo was flanked by the infamous Creepers before adding John Silver and Alex Reynolds to their ranks.
The group really became a focal point of the company when Brodie Lee debuted in AEW, being revealed as the exalted leader of the group. The Dark Order then swelled with the addition of Alan ‘5’ Angels, Preston ’10’ Vance, ’99’ Anna Jay, and Colt Cabana.
The group gained popularity with their skits on Being The Elite, despite their despicable actions on AEW television. In late 2020 tragedy struck for the group and AEW as Brodie Lee sadly passed away. With Lee’s death hanging heavy on the company, grief united fans behind The Dark Order and they became one of the most popular acts in AEW if not one of the most prominently featured.
Now Alan Angels has indicated that his time in AEW could be coming to an end after he removed references from the company from his social media as well as cryptically sending out the message:
“Excited for what’s next”
Excited for what’s next

However, the Wrestling Observer’s Bryan Alvarez has confirmed that Angels’ AEW contract has expired but he could still appear for the company on a per-show basis.
As well as his role in The Dark Order, Alan Angels is regularly featured in Sammy Guevara’s Vlog. The Vlog Crew is already one regular member down following the AEW exit earlier this year of Marko Stunt.
