The Dark Order’s Stu Grayson has confirmed his AEW departure, bringing his three-year stint with the company to an end.
Grayson made his AEW debut at the first-ever Double Or Nothing pay-per-view in May 2019 alongside long-time tag team partner Evil Uno. The pair were accompanied by the infamous creepers and were the first members of what became The Dark Order.
With a batch of AEW contracts expiring, Joey Janela, Marko Stunt, and Jack Evans were all removed from the AEW roster page online but so was Stu Grayson, to many people’s surprise.
Grayson has now taken to social media to confirm his departure from the company, writing:
“Update On April 30th my contract with AEW expired. Best of luck to everyone working for AEW, our great production and medical team and of course every man and women who steps into the ring. And to my Dark Order family, I hope the world will soon see what you are truly capable of.”
