The latest taping of AEW Rampage featured several big events as the promotion leads up to Forbidden Door.
As previously reported the recording saw another huge match booked for the inter-promotional event and the surprise appearance of a former WWE Superstar. Now here is a full rundown of all the goings on during the show that will be aired on Friday, June 23rd.

AEW Rampage Spoilers For Friday, June 23rd
According to those in attendance, the show hosted a tonne of action, Forbidden Door matches confirmed and a shocking return. Here’s what went down at the Wintrust Arena in Chicago.
To open the show NJPW’s United Empire faction consisting of Will Ospreay, Kyle Fletcher and Jeff Cobb along with Swerve Strickland defeated the CHAOS group of Trent Beretta, Chuck Taylor, Rocky Romero and YOH in four-on-four tag team action.
Adam Cole and MJF continued their feud and saw the World Champion demand Tony Khan book Cole into a match at Forbidden Door against Filthy Tom Lawlor. In his first appearance for the promotion, Lawlor attacked Cole laying him out before locking him into a submission hold.
The second match of the night saw The Acclaimed with Daddy Ass Billy Gunn defeated some unnamed local talent but it was what happened after the match that got everybody talking. Following the match Johnny Elite accompanied the QTV to attack the scissoring trio.
The first match of the Women’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament saw hometown hero Skye Blue beat Anna Jay. A.S. to progress to the next round. Blue will now face the winner of last year’s winner Britt Baker and Ruby Soho.
In the main event of the programme, Jungle Boy Jack Perry defeated NJPW’s DOUKI as he gears up to face the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion SANADA at Forbidden Door.
