On July 12th AEW headed to Canada for Dynamite and Rampage.
Coming live from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, AEW Dynamite was all about the war between The Elite and the Blackpool Combat Club, and who will be joining the likes of Kenny Omega and Jon Moxley in the double-cage.
The big reveal came after Don Callis took to the microphone, only to be interrupted by Omega. The former AEW World Champion was then jumped from behind by members of the BCC and their fifth man… PAC.
With the beatdown in full swing, held the mic in front of Omega asking if he’d got any last words, and he replied by telling everyone to check the screen where a video ran announcing the arrival of Kota Ibushi.
Elsewhere there were wins for Daniel Garcia & Sammy Guevara and MJF and Adam Cole who will now meet in the finals of the Blind Tag Team Eliminator Tournament. The highly-rated Nick Wayne also made his AEW debut.
Before the show, there were two dark matches with Taya Valkyrie defeating Ava Lawless and Kip Sabian grabbing the win over Jason Geiger.
