After her emotional RAW promo, Bayley gets support from a WWE legend, reminding her of her impact.
On August 11, 2025, during the live WWE Raw broadcast from Quebec City, Bayley cut an emotional video promo near the end of the show. Sitting alone under a single spotlight, she spoke directly to viewers with a trembling voice.
I sit here without anything to show you, without a championship, without any wins in this last year.” She added, “I can’t remeber the last time that I felt proud of myself and it’s my fault. It’s my fault.” (1:23 – 1:43)

The Role Model is a decorated star who has held multiple championships in the company. Starting with the NXT Women’s Championship in 2015, she is a two-time RAW Women’s Champion and a two-time SmackDown Women’s Champion.
Alongside Sasha Banks, she has held the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship twice. She also won the 2019 Money in the Bank ladder match and successfully cashed in on Charlotte Flair to win SmackDown’s Women’s Championship. She is also the 2024 Royal Rumble winner.
WWE Legend Offers Heartfelt Encouragement to Bayley
Despite these accomplishments, this year has tested her. She was forced out of her WrestleMania 41 tag-team match by Becky Lynch. She failed to win the Women’s Intercontinental Championship and lost a number 1 contender’s match to Lyra Valkyria. Since March this year, she has only one singles victory, over Liv Morgan and a double-pin match against Valkyria.
WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry showed his respect in a heartfelt tweet. He wrote:

Henry’s message resonated because he knows what it means to persevere through difficult times.
At SummerSlam 2025, Bayley cost Valkyria her match for the Intercontinental Championship against Lynch. Valkyria said she needed to get out of the “Bayley vortex” and asked Bayley to stay away from her, ending their friendship.
