June 7th, 2025, has turned out to be an extremely busy night for World Wrestling Entertainment. With Worlds Collide scheduled earlier in the day, it was followed by the big Money in the Bank PLE.
While MITB took place from the Intuit Dome, Worlds Collide was broadcast from the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, just a few blocks away. The show was aired on the promotion’s YouTube channel and hosted several impressive matches throughout the night, with Chad Gable versus Vikingo possibly stealing the show. However, while fans witnessed multiple excellent wrestling bouts, they were also graced by the presence of several wrestling legends and celebrities.

Rey Mysterio Debuts An Unrecognizable New Look During WWE Worlds Collide
In the starting moments of the show, Rey Mysterio appeared after a long stint of absence with a brand new look and greeted the roaring Los Angeles crowd. He appeared after the opening ceremony and expressed his love for Lucha Libre.
The Hall of Famer sported a thick beard underneath his mask. This was the first time Mysterio displayed a full-grown beard apart from his cameo goatee appearances.
