WWE Working On “Main Roster Creative” For Jade Cargill

Jade Cargill makes her entrance

WWE is making plans for Jade Cargill.

It appears that Cargill’s WWE move is inching ever closer. The star wrestled her last match in AEW against Kris Statlander on September 13th, with the bout airing two days later on Rampage. The match proved something of a farewell, and it’s been revealed the pair were warmly greeted backstage when all was said and done.

Although Cargill is yet to debut with WWE, everything is beginning to fall into place. It’s believed she was in Orlando to visit the WWE Performance Center, and plans are being made for her arrival.

Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that WWE is working on “main roster creative” for the star. He had previously noted she will be paid less than the likes of Becky Lynch, but significantly higher than standard NXT recruits.

“She was in Orlando today (Monday). I asked if she was at the Performance Center. People had not seen her, that doesn’t mean she wasn’t there.

They’re doing main roster creative for her right now. And it’s high priority. They’re not bringing her in to be like… you know how they would bring in some of the NXT people like Von Wagner or Alba Fyre or Katana Chance, that are brought up and they have like no idea what to do with them and they just kinda disappear into the dust. It’s almost like, why did we even bother calling them up?

She is not earmarked to be like that. She’s earmarked for real stuff.”

Jade Cargill Gone From AEW

Although there’s been no official confirmation regarding the move from anyone involved, Jade Cargill has been removed from the AEW roster page.

Although the former TBS Champion has never worked for WWE before, she did attend a try-out in 2019.
