It has been announced that the huge WWE Tag Team Unification match between RK-Bro and The Usos is officially back on!
On the SmackDown after WrestleMania 38, a triumphant and newly crowned Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns, set his partners in The Bloodline a challenge.
With Reigns standing tall as the longest reigning Universal Champion in history, and unified World Champion, he decided that it was time for The Usos to follow suit. Their new task was to unify the tag team division.
After much back and forth this culminated in a match between Raw Champions, RK-Bro and SmackDown Champions, The Usos being announced for WrestleMania Backlash. However, the contract signing went spectacularly sideways, and all of a sudden, the championship match was off the table. Instead RK-Bro teamed with Drew McIntyre to take on The Bloodline.
At the event it was The Bloodline that were successful, but RK-Bro aren’t done. Appearing on SmackDown, the pair said that they still wanted their championship match.
In the main event of the show, The Bloodline came to the ring to respond to the challenge. Reigns explained that while he had no new challengers, The Usos did have a challenge. At this, RK-Bro came to the ring and set about mocking SmackDown’s most dominant faction.

Randy Orton told Reigns that John Cena was ten-times the Superstar he will ever be, before taking a jab at his height. After reiterating their challenge one more time, The Usos accepted, saying that each of The Bloodline would be left holding two belts when the match is over.
Although, determined to leave with the upper hand, Riddle hit a stiff, running high knee on Reigns before he and Orton retreated out of the ring to end the show.
With the show going off the air it was confirmed that the WWE Tag Team Unification match will take place on the May 20th episode of SmackDown.
