The Rock is grateful to three WWE NXT stars who helped make his WrestleMania 40 match a reality.
Night one of WrestleMania 40 saw The Rock step into the squared circle to compete for the first time in eight years. The Great One teamed with Roman Reigns to take on the team of Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins, and in the end, Rock was able to pin Rhodes following a People’s Elbow.
Prior to this bout, Rock scored a quick six second victory over Erick Rowan at WrestleMania 32, but hadn’t competed in a proper match since facing John Cena at WrestleMania 29 in 2013. In order to help him get back in ring shape, The Rock enlisted the help of NXT trio Gallus, comprised of Wolfgang, Joe Coffey, and Mark Coffey.
Thanking the trio for their involvement in putting the match together, Rock responded to a photo of them together:
Appreciate all the effort, ideas and hard work boys. Til next time. Keep kicking ass and see ya down the road. – Final Boss
The Rock Sent Teremana Tequila As A Thank You Gift To Gallus
However, Rock’s thanks weren’t simply contained to social media. The star also sent the members of Gallus a set of his Teremana tequila, containing the Blanco, Añejo, and Reposado varieties. Along with the gift read a note reading:
Enjoy the Mana brother!
Congrats on WRESTLEMANIA and THANK YOU AGAIN for being a critical part of my training prep.
– Final Boss
Both Wolfgang and Joe Coffey shared images of the gift on social media, thanking The Final Boss for his generosity.

Rock has since claimed that WrestleMania 40 was only “Chapter 1 of Final Boss Cinema.”
