WWE Star Tells John Cena To “Grow Some Balls” In Challenge To 16-Time World Champion

A WWE Champion has taken a different tactic to call out John Cena for a future match.

With the Hollywood star recently announcing that 2025 would be his final year as an in-ring competitor many stars from the past and present have acknowledged the legendary work of Cena while also expressing that they would love to be one of the select few who get to be a part oft he retirement tour. However, noting there is an accolade missing from Cena’s WWE achievements, Bron Breakker has demanded the match.

At SummerSlam, Breakker became the new Intercontinental Champion in what was the first of many title changes of the night. Speaking with MuscleManMalcolm via SEScoops, Breakker pointed out that Cena has never held the IC Title and called out the Hollywood star for a future encounter:

“John Cena. He has never won the Intercontinental Championship before. So I say come take it from me. Come take the Championship from me. Grow some balls, come take the championship from me. Let’s go. Let’s do it.”

Defeating Sami Zayn to win the title at SummerSlam, Breakker stated that his opponent should be inducted into the Hall of Fame when all is said and done in his in-ring career.

When Will John Cena Return?

Although it has been confirmed that it is a matter of when and not if Cena will be back in the company in the near future, no definitive date has been given at the time of writing. Asked about a possible John Cena return at the SummerSlam post-show press conference, Triple H gave the fans an update.
