For the past few weeks, former Brawling Brutes and Chase U member Ridge Holland has been in hot pursuit of Tony D’Angelo for his NXT North American Championship. Although unsuccessful in his past attempts, Holland is now confident of claiming the gold and becoming a first-ever champion.
On the most recent episode of NXT, Izzi Dame pitched the idea of D’Angelo defending his title against Holland in a steel cage match. With only a few days left for the episode, Holland looks forward to making history.
Sharing his thoughts ahead of the match on X(Twitter), the English wrestler is now looking forward to becoming the first-ever Englishman to win the NXT North American Championship.

The upcoming 11th February episode will also host the title match and also a Heritage Cup match between Lexis King and Fandango aka JDC.
