WWE Star Looks Back On Segment With The Undertaker: “An Absolute Honour & Incredible Night”

WWE Star Looks Back On Segment With The Undertaker:

A member of the WWE roster has reflected on a rare opportunity they got to share the ring with The Undertaker.

With The Deadman now retired after competing in his final match in 2020, appearances on TV are much more sporadic. However, still very much involved with the company, Undertaker has made multiple cameo appearances since he hung up the hat and coat one final time.

In October 2023, NXT presented a star-studded night with the likes of Cody Rhodes, John Cena, Rhea Ripley and Paul Heyman among the main roster stars making appearances on Tuesday night. The night was capped off with an appearance from the Hall of Famer, who rode to the ring following the match between Bron Breakker and Carmelo Hayes.

With Breakker disrespecting The Phenom, the former Intercontinental Champion was laid out by Undertaker to close out the broadcast in what was a very memorable night for everyone in the venue.

While appearing on 99.5 WKDQ, Breakker looked back on that night and how he has formed a friendship with Taker since:

“We sat and we talked for a long time after that show. He just gave me a lot of great advice. That sort of started a little bit of relationship with him and I since then. Every time I see him in the building, or when he comes around, I always go up, we have conversation. Undertaker’s the best. He’s great.”

When discussing the segment itself, the Raw star was thankful that he was able to be a part of such a memorable segment:

“Absolute honor for me to even be in that position with him, with such a legend. It was an incredible night. That’s a night I’ll never forget. That’ll probably be some sort of poster or picture that’s on my wall forever. So surreal moment between me and him, and [I’m] just so thankful I got to be a part of it. He’s awesome. Love that dude.”

The Undertaker Discusses Wrestler’s Sudden Absence

These days, the Hall of Famer is predominantly occupied with his podcast and spoken word tour, where he recounts previously untold stories from his legendary career. On a recent episode of the show, The Undertaker admitted that he had nothing to do with one wrestler suddenly vanishing from TV.

On his podcast, The Undertaker admitted he is not a fan of this weapon in wrestling.
