Logan Paul has claimed that a planned trip to Egypt was cancelled after he was told by the government that he was not allowed to visit the country.
The WWE star and YouTuber is good friends with MrBeast, who recently uploaded a video where he and his friends explored the pyramids of Egypt. Given an all-access tour of the legendary landmark, YouTuber MrBeast, real name Jimmy Donaldson, has racked up more than 120 million views on the video.
While Paul has featured in many of MrBeast’s videos in the past, the former United States Champion recently revealed that he intended to be a part of the trip to Egypt but was told it would not be happening.
Discussing the recent video on his vlog, Paul revealed that he was told by Donaldson that he could not be a part of the trip per orders of the Egyptian government:
“Mr. Beast just uploaded a new video exploring the pyramids or something. I love the pyramids. So I was like ‘Jimmy, can I come?’ And he was like ‘For sure dude.’ Then a week later he called me and was like ‘Dude, unfortunately, the Egyptian government said that you can’t come, otherwise we can’t come.’
I was like ‘Wait what? I know I pissed people off but the Egyptian government? I’ve never even been to Egypt, why can’t I come to the pyramid Jimmy?’ He said ‘I don’t know the government specifically said you are the only person that cannot come on this trip.’”
This is not the first time that Paul has had issues with another country. Back in 2017, Paul received huge backlash after he uploaded a video from the infamous “suicide forest” near Mount Fiji, which also contained footage of a suicide victim. Although Paul has since claimed that he is not banned from visiting Japan, he would only return to the country if he received an official invite.

No stranger to garnering a negative reaction from the fans, Paul remains one of the most hated performers on the roster and receives heavy boos every time he appears onscreen. In a recent interview, Logan Paul once again gave his thoughts on WWE fans with comments that were far from complimentary.
