WWE Superstar Charlotte Flair finally opened up about her infamous feud with Tiffany Stratton.
En route to WrestleMania 41, Tiffany Stratton, the WWE Women’s Champion, and Charlotte Flair were engaged in a heated battle. Flair was slated to face The Buff Barbie thanks to her winning the Royal Rumble. The feud got ugly at times, with both stars seemingly going off script and even referencing their personal lives. This led to major speculation on whether Stratton and Flair had backstage beef in WWE.
The bout ended with Stratton retaining her title on the Grandest Stage of Them All. The Queen has finally opened up on the feud and how it ended up becoming.
Charlotte Flair talked about “super personal” Tiffany Stratton WWE feud
Charlotte Flair recently opened up about the infamous feud with Tiffany Stratton. While talking on The Takedown With SI, the star talked about how things panned out and admitted that things got “extremely heated.”
The star, however, was happy with the way the match came about.
“I think the match was everything that it needed to be. It definitely got super personal, extremely heated going into WrestleMania,” she said. “The personal story and how physical it was, the elaborate entrances, we both had our own unique entrance. I thought she showed up and showed out. I thought it was great.”
Flair is currently in a team with Alexa Bliss. Both she and Bliss are set to compete in a Fatal Four-Way match for the WWE Women’s Tag Title at Evolution.
