After 11 years, current WWE Superstar AJ Styles made an appearance on TNA Wrestling and made a massive change.
Styles wrestled for TNA from 2002-2014, where some of the best highlights of his career happened, including becoming the first ever TNA X Division Champion and the first ever TNA Grand Slam Champion.
He also won the NWA World Heavyweight Championship in 2003.
From there, The Phenomenal One became a massive name worldwide, crossing over his popularity to World Wrestling Entertainment, where he was also a Grand Slam and a Triple Crown Champion.
Ten years since his last appearance in TNA in 2014, AJ Styles was rumored to appear on this year’s Slammiversary. This was confirmed by current company president Carlos Silva in an interview with Fightful and on the go-home episode of TNA IMPACT.

The rumors officially became true as his old “Get Ready to Fly” theme song rocked all over UBS Arena, Long Island, New York. Styles appeared and did his signature pose, much to the delight of the crowd. This was a change from his usual WWE theme song that fans have been hearing since his debut in the company in 2016.
