A WWE Raw star has let their feelings on the management be known publicly.
Although Finn Balor and JD McDonagh have reigned as the Tag Team Champions for 168 days, The Judgment Day has not exactly been fighting champions. With just 2 defences since winning the titles back in June, fans have often pointed out the statistic. Having a vested interest in the championships, one member of the roster has also given their thoughts on the matter.
Calling out Raw General Manager Adam Pearce on social media, Xavier Woods asked when Balor and McDonagh’s next defence would be:
Hey @ScrapDaddyAP if Finn wins the world heavyweight title tonight then is it gonna be another 70 days before the world tag titles are defended again?
Noting that The New Day were not ready for another title shot, Pearce reminded Woods what happened in their last match:
You lost your last tag match to Alpha Academy in like 30 seconds.
I ask a legitimate question about your clear mismanagement of the tag division and instead of answering, you respond like a troll.
This was judgment days first defense 70 days into their reign. But I guess you only wanna rectify things when it suits you.
Shutting down the exchange, Pearce let Woods know the correct way to air his grievances:
You want to have a legitimate conversation? Knock on my office door in any arena on any Monday where we’re in the same city instead of running your hornblower on Twitter like a mark.
Thank you for your contributions to our television programs.
Following the recent New Day segment that saw Woods and Kofi Kingston turn their backs on Big E after 10 years of The New Day, the duo have become one of the most detested on the Raw brand.
Chaos Continues On WWE TV
Although things remain chaotic on Raw, the situation is worse on SmackDown as Kevin Owens has taken out Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton with piledrivers. Following the recent attack on Cody Rhodes, WWE provided an update.
