WWE SmackDown, dated July 11, 2025, is set to emanate from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. Several top stars are set to be in action ahead of Saturday Night’s Main Event and Evolution.
As Goldberg’s retirement match rolls around, speculation is high as to what will happen at Saturday Night’s Main Event and Evolution 2025, which are set to be held on two consecutive nights. The star power on display will obviously be immense, but what will be more fascinating to see will be the build-up to both shows. Tiffany Stratton will be defending her women’s title against Trish Stratus at Evolution, while Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton will battle it out at SNME.
Additionally, Jimmy Uso is also set to compete for the United States Title against Solo Sikoa at SNME. The star will look to add his first singles title.

The Wyatt Sicks will be in action against The Street Profits on WWE SmackDown. The ominous faction led by Uncle Howdy will try to conquer their first title as they aim for the WWE Tag Team Title. It will be no easy feat as Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins are veterans of the tag team game and will try to defend their title with all their might.

#2. Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton could let their hands do the talking on WWE SmackDown
Last week’s episode of WWE SmackDown saw Drew McIntyre make a sensational return and mock Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes. In the end, the Scottish Warrior was laid out with an RKO, resulting in a match at SNME.

On the upcoming episode of WWE SmackDown, Orton could attack McIntyre and take him out once again. Both stars could let their hands do the talking and get into a huge brawl on the show. It will be an interesting battle and one that can see a lot of carnage on the show.
#3. Jelly Roll to get attacked upon WWE return?
Jelly Roll is a top Country music artist and is a huge WWE fan. The artist is all set to return to the promotion on the upcoming episode of WWE SmackDown. He is already rumored to be training for a match at SummerSlam, and it could be set up on the upcoming episode of the show.
Amidst rumors of his SummerSlam match, Grayson Waller recently posted about the time Roll hit him with a steel chair. As an act of revenge, Waller could attack the top artist, setting up a feud and their match at SummerSlam.
