He reflects on the words his peers told him to enjoy this and needed to get his mojo back by focusing on doing his best work in the farewell tour. Cena says he walked out tonight with no plans because he wanted to have fun.
John Cena talks about his very first WWE match on SmackDown, debuting against Kurt Angle. He reflects on his WrestleMania match with Triple H in the building.
Cena adds that he’s very thankful to fans who kept him honest. He thanks the fans and tells them to enjoy the night.
Sami Zayn walks out and is immediately booed by the fans.
Sami Zayn says that it would be wrong not to thank Cena for everything he’s done on behalf of the locker room. Zayn reflects on his first WWE match in an open challenge against John Cena.
He revisits the challenge and issues an open challenge for the US title tonight. And how it would be an honour 10 years later by giving Cena a shot at the US title.
John Cena accepts Zayn’s challenge for the US Championship right now and calls for a referee.
