A new report has claimed that WWE are interesting in bringing back another former Superstar in the form of Chelsea Green.
Since Triple H assumed creative control of WWE the former World Champion has set about reshaping the talent roster. A large part of this process has been re-signing a number of former Superstars.
To date the likes of Karrion Kross, Scarlett, Dakota Kai, The OC, Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae have all returned to the company after leaving in recent years. Meanwhile, Bray Wyatt also made his own WWE comeback at Extreme Rules to a monster reaction from fans.
A new report has now suggested that the list of returnees could be about to get even longer. As noted by Wrestle Votes WWE hold “significant interest” in bringing back Chelsea Green.
After leaving WWE in April 2021 Chelsea Green headed out onto the independent scene alongside husband Matt Cardona. Green has since appeared in the NWA, ROH and most recently IMPACT Wrestling.

After stints with Lucha Underground and IMPACT Wrestling, Chelsea Green signed with WWE in 2018. Although the star had appeared on WWE television previously in 2014 and on the sixth season of Tough Enough.
After signing with the company Chelsea Green competed on NXT before moving to SmackDown in November 2020. However, the former Knockouts Champion got injured during her debut match and didn’t feature for the company again before being released the following April.
