WWE Show Coming To An End, Replacement Named

A long-running WWE show will be coming to an end and the replacement has been seemingly revealed.

First airing in February 2022 as a replacement for 205 Live, NXT Level Up showcased the stars of the future along with notable members of the NXT roster also making appearances. Almost 3 years later, the show is set to end.

As reported by Corey Brennan of Fightful, the final episodes of NXT Level Up were taped on December 19th and will air in subsequent weeks. Following up on the initial report, Cory Hays of Bodyslam.net stated that further tapings took place on December 19th for the upcoming WWE LFG [Legends & Future Greats] show, which will serve as a permanent replacement for NXT Level Up moving forward.

WWE LFG will see aspiring Superstars training to become members of the roster by legends and coaches. The prospects will then compete for a WWE contract, similar to the Tough Enough format. The show is set to air in early 2025. At a NXT taping earlier in the month, the son of boxing legend Evander Holyfield was spotted taking part in an untelevised match, which many are expecting to be part of the LFG show.
