WWE has scrapped massive plans for a top star after a falling out.
WWE has been maintaining cordial relationships with a lot of stars both in and outside the industry. For example, Jelly Roll is set to have his first match in the promotion when he teams up with Randy Orton to take on Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre. However, another top name who was part of the company’s programming, Travis Scott, seems to have fallen out with the company.

Recently, during an appearance on Logan Paul’s IMPAULSIVE podcast, Drew McIntyre called Scott a “piece of s*it” for ruining the Main Event of WrestleMania 41 after interfering in the John Cena vs Cody Rhodes contest. A new update from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter suggests that both parties have had a massive falling out, leading to superstars such as McIntyre taking shots at them. Dave Meltzer writes that there was a “full falling out” between the star and World Wrestling Entertainment.
WWE has scrapped some major plans as a result of the falling out with Travis Scott
It seems that WWE and CCO Triple H had to scrap some major plans after the falling out with Travis Scott. Wrestling Observer Newsletter further reports that Scott was supposed to be the celebrity name featured on WWE 2K25. However, it was ultimately decided, according to the outlet, that El Grande Americano would be the one to take the spot. Moreover, Aleister Black has taken Travis Scott’s place in WrestleMania pack despite the former not being at the PLE.
The award-winning rapper first made an appearance on WWE programming on January 6 earlier this year on the RAW debut on Netflix. He then made an appearance at WrestleMania 41, as already mentioned.
WWE and Travis Scott reportedly had a "full falling out", but the nature of why is not yet known.
Scott was also originally planned to be the celebrity guest character in WWE 2K25's first DLC pack, but was eventually replaced by El Grande Americano.
