WWE RAW Star Claims ‘Some People Are Mad’ He Didn’t Get Released

Top star was on WWE RAW

An infamous WWE star states that people are unhappy with him being a part of the active roster.

Amidst the news of WWE’s latest round of talent cuts, one name not being included has reportedly struck a nerve with fans – Logan Paul.

With some of the releases causing a stir online, Logan Paul believes that a lot of the backlash from this news has been aimed at him.

Speaking on his Impaulsive podcast, the divisive star gave his perspective about the releases and reasoning for why fans were upset about him not being cut from the roster. He states:

“Some people are mad I didn’t get fired in the last round of WWE releases, they let a lot of people go. Not your boy. They were mad about that. The way I see it, you can’t let go a future world heavyweight champion…. That would just be ridiculous.”

While he has put up some great performances in his matches and many, including Triple H, have stated that the company does not view him as a celebrity wrestler, Paul, however, thinks that the fans’ perception of him says otherwise.

Despite this statement and sentiments surrounding it, Logan Paul has a positive outlook on his future with the promotion.

Logan Paul set to compete for the WWE Heavyweight Championship

With new rivalries emerging with three absolutely polar opposite characters, the scene for the most prestigious title on RAW seems to be heating up.

Following an off-screen attack on Jey Uso on the 5th of May’s episode of RAW, the promotion is planning to have the two stars compete for the coveted World Heavyweight title later this month.

Will Logan win and silence his haters? Will Gunther interrupt and ensure a match with Uso to avenge his humiliating defeat, or will Jey yeet out (pun intended) another victory? With The Ring General in the title chase as well, it is intriguing to see how this angle plays out.
