The August 11 episode of WWE RAW is set to emanate from Quebec City in Quebec, Canada, and some major stuff has been announced.

The show is set to kick off with CM Punk addressing the crowd and perhaps addressing Seth Rollins’ actions at SummerSlam. The star emerged out of nowhere to attack Rollins, costing LA Knight a shot at the World Heavyweight Title. This led to Roman Reigns coming out, but The OTC was taken out by both The Vision with Bronson Reed brutalizing him with Tsunamis.

Becky Lynch was also challenged to a match last week and will face off against a star who will have her first WWE RAW match in 281 days.

There’s a host of other things set to take place on the show. Here’s the WWE RAW Preview for August 11, 2025:

Sami Zayn Set To Face Rusev After 8 Years

Sami Zayn is set to face Rusev for the first time in eight years after both stars last faced off in February 2017. The match was won by Zayn. This time around, Zayn is fresh from a feud against Karrion Kross, who announced his departure from the company. Meanwhile, Rusev is in the middle of a heated feud against Sheamus. Both stars will be looking to settle the score with each other, but Zayn, who is from Quebec, will be standing in the way of the former AEW star.

Things could take a drastic turn as Rusev will look to hurt Zayn. Will Sheamus get involved to save the day? Only WWE RAW will have the answer.

Maxxine Dupri Will Have An Uphill Battle Against Becky Lynch

Maxxine Dupri will be in her first WWE RAW match in 281 days. The star will be facing the Women’s Intercontinental Champion, Becky Lynch. Lynch handpicked Dupri as her opponent after the latter’s tag team partner, Natalya, confronted The Man over taking cheap shots at their friend Nikki Bella.

Lynch stated that Dupri needed to be ready for the challenge. Maxxine has been portrayed as an amateur when it comes to wrestling and is currently being trained by Nattie. It remains to be seen whether she will be able to overcome the odds against a veteran such as Lynch.

Naomi Will Be Defending Her Women’s World Title On WWE RAW

Naomi will be seen in action after SummerSlam as she defends her world title against one of her SummerSlam opponents, Iyo Sky. Both stars are at the top of their game now. Despite losing, Sky demanded a rematch because she was not the one who got pinned in their Triple Threat Match, which also had Rhea Ripley. The latter had to eat the pinfall at the hands of Naomi.

Sky will look to exact revenge on Naomi and regain her Women’s World Title, but with the champion’s heel tactics playing in her favor, things don’t look too well for the babyface. Rhea Ripley could also play a part in the proceedings, as the chances of things breaking down are too high.

CM Punk, Roman Reigns, And LA Knight Could Have A Showdown On WWE RAW

Things are also breaking down when it comes to the main event picture on WWE RAW. Seth Rollins‘ sudden return from injury and his winning the World Heavyweight Title from CM Punk at SummerSlam have not sat well with the latter. Meanwhile, Roman Reigns continues to make his presence felt despite getting assaulted.

Additionally, LA Knight got caught in the crosshairs of the Punk-Rollins feud and lost his opportunity at the world title after Punk butchered the match. Punk will be opening the upcoming episode of WWE RAW and could have a lot of say about the matter.

It seems that all three parties have quite the gripe against each other and would need to settle that first before collectively going after Seth Rollins and The Brons. Will the three babyfaces go after each other on WWE RAW? Only time will tell. But a Triple Threat Match between them at Clash in Paris cannot be ruled out.

The upcoming episode of WWE RAW could prove to be a banger and set the stage for Clash in Paris.
