WWE RAW Live Results – August 4, 2025: Roman Reigns laid out; CM Punk’s revenge on Seth Rollins; Sami Zayn’s confession about SummerSlam; WWE disrespects Naomi live on RAW; blast from Becky Lynch’s past & more

Welcome to ITR Wrestling’s live coverage of WWE RAW after SummerSlam. Seth Rollins is set to appear after the big CM Punk upset. Becky Lynch to be confronted by a former rival. Sheamus and Rusev’s feud continues & much more.

Roman Reigns

ROMAN REIGNS IS LAID OUT ON WWE RAW

As Seth Rollins and team gets ready to exit the arena, Roman Reigns shows up. He spears Reed.

Roman eyes Seth Rollins in the ring, as he enters, the World Champion rolls out. Bron Breakker hits the OTC with a spear, and Rollins follows it up with a stomp.

Rollins and Reed hold up Reigns as Breakker charges at him with a fired-up spear. Bronson Reed follows it up with 3 tsunamis off the top rope.

Adam Pearce and security are out to bring order to chaos. Reed again steals Reigns’ shoes.

CM Punk

CM Punk gets revenge on WWE RAW

CM Punk attacks Seth Rollins and the two brawl on to the ramp. LA Knight looks on furious and shocked that his title opportunity was ripped away.

Meanwhile, Bron Breakker with a running spear on CM Punk as Bronson Reed takes out LA Knight. The regroup in the ring. Seth Rollins with a stomp to Knight and Punk.

Seth Rollins

Main Event - World Heavyweight Championship: Seth Rollins vs. LA Knight

LA Knight launches at Seth Rollins with punches as soon as the bell rings. The champion fights back and gains control of the match. They roll out of the ring and Rollins uses Paul Heyman as a shield.

The World Champion slams Knight into the barricade before hitting him with a stomp. Heyman hands the title to Rollins who holds it above his head as fans rally him on.

The Visionary sends LA Knight shoulder-first into the post. The Oracle trash talks Knight who struggles to get up to his feet. Rollins with a chop to Knight in the corner.

The challenger fights back with chops. Rollins sets him up in a pedigree which Knight counters with a backdrop. He charges at Rollins with a drop face-first on the turnbuckle.

Rollins on the top rope, Knight follows him and turns it into a superplex. Knight goes for a pin, the champion kicks out. Knight with a side Russian leg sweep and neckbreaker to Rollins, goes for another pin.

Knight gears up for the BFT, Rollins counters into a pedigree position. Knight hits the BFT finally. Knight on the top rope with an elbow. The challenger then sends Rollins outside the ring on the announcer’s table.

Knight drags Rollins back to the ring. The champion with a cheap shot and sends his opponent into the post. Seth Rollins removes the floor padding. He sends Knight into the post again and trash talks Knight about wanting to hurt him.

Result: The match ends in DQ

The Visionary gears up for the stomp as CM Punk attacks him through the crowd.

Naomi finally comes face to face with Stephanie Vaquer backstage

Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch is ready for the next contender for her IC title on RAW

Becky Lynch opens the floor for new competitors, who know what it’s like stepping in the ring with her.

She is interrupted by Nikki Bella, who calls Lynch a disasppointed for pulling the women’s division down. She calls out Lynch for walking away and then returning out of jealousy cause she couldn’t handle Lyra Valkyria taking over. Bella says she’s a liar like her husband Seth Rollins.

Lynch responds that she and Rollins are one of WWE’s hottest couples and takes a shot at her relationship with John Cena.

Bella challenges Lynch to put the IC title on the line against her. Lynch takes a cheap shot at Bella as she exits the ring.

Sami Zayn

Sami Zayn makes huge confession on the RAW after SummerSlam

Sami Zayn confesses that he wanted to use the steel pipe in his match against Karrion Kross at SummerSlam. And now he looks to focus on going after the World Title. His interview is interrupted by Sheamus and Rusev’s brawl.

Dominik Mysterio

Dominik Mysterio vs. Dragon Lee

Dominik Mysterio slaps Dragon Lee who snaps and fights back with punches. Mysterio lashes out with chops. Lee then punches and kicks to Dominik Mysterio in the corner. Lee charges at him for an attack, Mysterio has his legs up and kicks him out of the ring.

Dominik Mysterio with a DDT to Lee almost takes him out. The IC champion celebrates before setting Lee in a headlock.

Dragon Lee manages to fight back and regain control. Dominik Mysterio walks the ropes, but Lee counters and gets him with a powerbomb. An attempted pin that ends in two count.

Dominik Mysterio chases Dragon Lee to the top of the rope and goes for a suplex, but botches and falls. Lee hits him with the double stomp. Three El Grande Americanos rush out to the ring, distracting Le,e enabling Dominik Mysterio to roll him up for the pin.

Result: Dominik Mysterio def. Dragon Lee

After the match, AJ Styles runs out to the ring as Dominik Mysterio escapes. Styles is keeping his promise of still going after the Intercontinental Championship despite the SummerSlam loss.

Bayley

Bayley apologizes to Lyra Valkyria

Bayley searches for Lyra Valkyria backstage. She bumps into the WWE RAW star who refuses to accept her apology for costing her the IC title at SummerSlam.

Rhea Ripley confronts IYO Sky backstage on RAW

Charlotte Flair

Women's Tag Team Championship: Alexa Bliss & Charlotte Flair vs. Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez

Alexa Bliss and Raquel Rodriguez start off the match. A couple of seconds after a few hits, Roxanne Perez is tagged in, Charlotte Flair with a boot to Perez off the apron. Rodriguez grabs her leg to create a distraction for Perez to attack Flair.

Flair gets back into the ring and tags in Bliss. She charges at Raquel Rodriguez, who officially tagged in. She catches Bliss’s cannonball midway and sends her into the barricade.

The Queen is fired up with chops and a cartwheel clothesline to Raquel Rodriguez. She uses Roxanne Perez as a weapon in the fallaway slam on Rodriguez. Flair on the top rope with a double moonsault on The Judgment Day. A pin and two count on Perez.

Alexa Bliss tags in but Perez drags her off the apron. Roxanne Perez gets ready to follow it up with a jump over the ropes but Bliss intercepts with the Sr. Abigail and pin on Perez.

Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss are here on RAW to celebrate their SummerSlam win

The new Tag Team Champions’ celebration is cut short by Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez. They are hell bent on not leaving without the titles.

Adam Pearce walks out and makes the rematch official right now on RAW.

Naomi

Naomi disrespected by WWE on RAW

Naomi disses the fans and the venue before gloating about her SummerSlam win to retain the Women’s World Championship.

She highlights the next challenge in her path Stephanie Vaquer by mockingly calling her ‘Stephanie velcro’ before she is cut off for WWE to revisit Brock Lesnar’s SummerSlam return.

Grayson Waller

Penta vs. Grayson Waller

Penta leaves Grayson Waller dizzy with his high-flying moves in the ring. The New Day walks out mid-match as Waller glees with the backup.

Grayson Waller uses the slight distraction to take a cheap shot at Penta. The masked star regains control with a hurricanrana and double knees in the corner. Waller fights back with kicks to the chest.

Ringside, The New Day pour out their tag team title loss grief and applaud Waller’s efforts. Grayson Waller in the ring with a punch and a powerbomb, that ends in a two count.

Penta with the Mexican destroyer on Grayson Waller followed by the pin.

Result: Penta def. Grayson Waller

Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods confront Penta who sends them flying outside the ring. Penta wears Woods’ hat before flinging it at them, and flying over the top rope.

Sheamus

Sheamus vs. Rusev

Rusev pounces on Sheamus as he enters the ring. The bell rings for the match to begin officially. Sheamus sends Rusev over the top rope with a clothesline. Rusev with a kick to the midsection and sends The Celtic Warrior into the barricade.

Sheamus with Rusev on his shoulders on the top rope, hits him with the White Noise.

The Celtic Warrior with a running knee and clothesline off the top rope on Rusev, a cover, and a two count. Rusev fights back with a dropkick. Drives shoulder-first into Sheamus in the corner before putting his opponent in a headlock.

Sheamus slams Rusev on the announcer’s table. He drags his opponent to the ring who counters and sends Sheamus into the steel steps. They brawl over the barricade and Rusev tries the beats of the Bodhrán. The Celtic Warrior reverses the move and pounds on Rusev’s chest. The bell rings to end the match in a draw as the referee finished the ten count.

Result: Match ends in a draw with the ten count

AJ Styles is not done with Dominik Mysterio!!

Seth Rollins

The NEW World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins is here to kick off RAW!

Seth Rollins is here with Paul Heyman, Bronson Reed, still wearing Roman Reigns’ shoes around his neck, and Bron Breakker.

The crowd starts chanting for CM Punk. Heyman introduces himself and the group but is met with boos.

Heyman introduces Breakker as the ‘biggest dog in the yard’ and Bronson Reed as ‘the tribal thief’ for stealing The OTC’s shoes.

The Oracle mocks CM Punk’s celebration with the World Title that was cut short at SummerSlam before introducing the new reigning defending undisputed World Champion of the world, in typical Heyman style.

The Champion calls out fans for not respecting him after winning the main event of WrestleMania 41, and shame on them for taunting them with chants of OTC and CM Punk. He cites the shame he felt from all the fans who doubted him and the locker room’s dismissal of him, which led him to cash in his Money in the Bank contract.

Rollins claims that he always has a plan B before he is interrupted by LA Knight.

Knight congratulates each member of the group. He proceeds to dive into Rollins not faking his injury cause he wanted the title. LA Knight says he watched SummerSlam’s ending and knew he had to be in Brooklyn on RAW and is damn sure he’ll be the one to beat Seth Rollins.

Knight adds that he now has ammunition against Rollins and will take the World Title off of him. The Visionary responds that Knight thinks he doesn’t have it in him to accept the challenge but refuses it. The group exits the ring as Adam Pearce shows up.

The RAW General Manager is irate about Rollins lying about the injury, and to hell with normal. He makes the World Title match official for tonight on WWE RAW. And since Rollins stole the people’s moment at SummerSlam, Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker are banned from ringside.
