WWE Potentially Reveals Malakai Black’s Return Date

Aleister Black WWE

Fans believe WWE has possibly spoiled Malakai Black’s return date.

Earlier this month, fans were left shocked when Ricky Starks was released by AEW. Soon, another report followed about the departure of former TNT Champion Miro. However, before the above two releases went public, fans were notified of Malakai Black’s departure. Following this up, Rey Fenix was also released from his controversial contract.

While these three names became a matter of discussion amongst the fans, Starks, now known as Saints, made his NXT debut soon after. It was also recently revealed that Penta’s brother Rey Fenix is now all set to make his SmackDown debut on the 4th April episode. However, the status of Miro and Black remains speculative.

With no concrete confirmation on Miro’s status, fans believe they recently spotted WWE teasing Malakai Black’s appearance on SmackDown. With several mysterious vignettes airing on the blue brand, the most recent one featured a speculative date. All the previous vignettes featured the number 4 with some other signs that were hard to decode. However, the latest video package showcased the Roman numerals for number 25 for a very brief moment.

Combining the two vignettes, fans on the internet believe they have encrypted the former NXT Champion’s return date, that is, 25th April 2025, which also happens to be the very first SmackDown after WrestleMania 41.

While Raw after WrestleMania is known for its surprise elements and shocking returns, fans expect the same from SmackDown this year.
