Nikki Bella and Liv Morgan got to know each other in a major way on this week’s RAW, and the WWE Universe is still reeling from the surprise encounter. Now there’s word on where officials are headed with the women’s division Superstars.
Fearless Nikki returned to RAW on Monday after being confirmed during Money In the Bank this past weekend. The 2021 Hall of Famer praised several female Superstars, which actually led to an unfortunate viral mishap, and plugged the upcoming Evolution PLE, but was interrupted by Liv Morgan. After heated words, one-half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions ended up laying Nikki out with Oblivion, fueling more rumors and speculation on the second all-women’s event.
Nikki Bella vs. Liv Morgan Set For WWE Evolution
WWE’s Creative Writing Team is building to a program between Morgan and Bella, according to Ringside News. There was some speculation on Nikki’s future coming out of RAW, but backstage sources report that the segment with Morgan was not a one-off.
Bella’s RAW showdown with Morgan is expected to lead to a match at WWE Evolution on July 13, but this may not be the first-ever singles match between the two. The RSN report reveals one big tag team match that is being considered: Nikki and a returning Brie Bella vs. Liv and Raquel Rodriguez with the Women’s Tag Team Championship on the line.
Officials have not finalized plans for the feud as of last word, and they are still considering different directions. Nikki made a surprise Royal Rumble appearance in January, and has teased a comeback before this week, but it was indicated in April that no one from the company had reached out to Brie, and she did not expect them to.

Nikki and Liv tangled in five matches during 2018 while The Bella Twins were feuding with The Riott Squad. The twins defeated Liv and Sarah Logan on RAW, but three weeks later the heels defeated The Bellas and Natalya on RAW. Super Showdown 2018 saw Nikki, Brie Bella, and Ronda Rousey beat The Riott Squad, and the RAW rematch two nights later.
