Scrapped WWE plans for Steve Austin were seemingly spotted in a creative meeting photo shared by Triple H.

On July 29, WWE: Unrealwill begin airing on Netflix, where fans will get a glimpse of how the planning and discussions that come with every event, matches, and feuds take place. A teaser for the series showed a whiteboard with tentative plans written on it, including RAW’s premiere for the global streaming platform.

One of the matches that was scheduled for RAW’s Netflix premiere was Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship. After The Eradicator defeated The Miracle Kid, she shared a moment with The Undertaker, who came out in his American Badass persona.

However, the writing on the whiteboard revealed that earlier plans had Stone Cold Steve Austin slated to share that moment with Rhea Ripley. According to previous reports, The Texas Rattlesnake was scheduled to appear for RAW’s Netflix premiere, but those plans had to be scrapped.

The Undertaker Revealed Original Plans For Him On WWE RAW’s Netflix Premiere

In an episode of The Undertaker’s Six Feet Under with Mark Calaway podcast, The Deadman shared that his RAW January 6 appearance was only supposed to be an entrance and interview. However, WWE decided to have the Hall of Famer involved in a segment with Ripley after her title match with Liv Morgan.

The Phenom, who was already fine with the first idea, said he was unsure about the segment with The Eradicator, as he didn’t want to take away the spotlight from her big moment. However, The Undertaker was eventually fine with the idea when it was explained to him that he wouldn’t be overstepping Rhea Ripley’s moment.

They basically explained that she’s going to have a moment in the ring, she’s going to have this moment where you two will cross paths. And I was like, ‘Okay, well now if it’s like that then it’s pretty cool.’ Not that our characters are similar, but they are a little bit. It was just me dabbing her up there a little bit.”

In other news: Hall of Famer is not on board with WWE: Unreal.
