WWE Officially Confirms Massive Becky Lynch Appearance Change At SummerSlam; It’s Controversial

New WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch speaks on RAW

WWE has officially made a massive change to Becky Lynch‘s appearance, and it is controversial.

It has been a while since Becky Lynch first debuted in WWE, and over the course of her career, she has seen a lot of change. Whether it was small changes to her ring gear or massive changes to her persona, she has been incredibly flexible.

One thing that remained constant, though, for the longest time was her entrance music. She has entered the arena to the song “Celtic Invasion” by CFO$ for years now. However, that has changed now at SummerSlam, as she debuted a new theme.

The music, which WWE has confirmed is by The Wonder Years, has received mixed reactions. Some are big fans of The Man’s new entrance music, while others have shown no fear in expressing their unhappiness about the same.

These are just a few of the differing reactions fans have had to this new entrance music. It certainly won’t bother Becky Lynch, though, as with her current heel character, she cares very little for what fans think about her.

Becky Lynch successfully defended the Women’s Intercontinental Championship

Becky Lynch debuted her new entrance music at SummerSlam ahead of her match with Lyra Valkyria. The Man went head-to-head with the 28-year-old in a No Disqualification, No Countout Last Chance match.

It was an epic bout, which left both women beaten, battered, and bruised. However, at the end of the day, Lynch was the one who came out on top, thanks to some inadvertent assistance from Bayley.

With the win in the bag, Lynch has guaranteed that Valkyria cannot challenge her for the IC title so long as she is champion.
