WWE NXT Star Stephanie Vaquer Officially Names Viral Move

WWE NXT Star Stephanie Vaquer Officially Names Viral Move. She retained her title at WWE NXT Battleground

WWE NXT Women’s and Women’s North American Champion Stephanie Vaquer has finally put a name to the move that has caught the attention of many, including announcer Booker T.

The move in question sees Vaquer trap her opponent’s head in her legs and smash it repeatedly into the mat. While it has been utilised many times in her matches, neither the double champion nor commentary have given the move a name.

During an appearance on No Contest Wrestling with O’Shea Jackson Jr. and TJ Jefferson, Vaquer was asked if she had a name for the move. Recalling Matt Bloom’s name for the head smash, Vaquer stated that she liked “Devil’s Kiss” and also gave her thoughts on Charlotte Flair executing a similar move in her matches:

“Matt Bloom says Devil’s Kiss. I love this name. People ask me about the name, but I don’t really have a name for the move because it’s weird. I try to mix many thing and find a new wrestling style. Sometimes I’m asked about the name and I say, ‘I don’t know,’ because I’ve never seen it before. Now, I know because I saw a video of Charlotte, but I didn’t know. I really didn’t know. It’s a bit different (than hers). It’s not the same. Similar, but not the same,”
