Sarray Signed For WWE In 2020

Sarray, also known as Sarreee, became a member of the NXT roster in 2020. However, her arrival in WWE was delayed due to travel restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. She finally made her NXT debut on April 20, 2021, defeating Zoey Stark.

Following her debut match, her time in NXT failed to pick up any momentum. After going home to Japan she returned with a new gimmick but it was unable to change her situation and she was sent to NXT UK.

She was planned to challenge Meiko Satomura for the NXT UK Women’s Championship but the match was scrapped once it was confirmed the UK brand was closing to be repackaged at NXT Europe later this year.

Sarray has not wrestled in seven months. Her last match took place on August 2nd of last year when she lost against then-Women’s Champion Mandy Rose.

Before her time in NXT, Wrestling as Sareee, she appeared for World Woman Pro Wrestling Diana, SEAdLINNNG, and Sendai Girls Pro Wrestling. The Japanese star is a former two-time World Woman Pro-Wrestling Diana World Champion, former Sendai Girls World Champion, JWP Junior Champion and SEAdLINNNG Beyond The Sea Tag Team Champion.
