The latest WWE NXT episode on June 4th has captured considerable attention, as it amassed an impressive viewership of 768,000.
Dave Meltzer took to X to report on the ratings, emphasising that the increase in viewership seemed to be attributed to the quality of the product itself.
It has been reported that NXT secured 768,000 viewers with a 0.22 rating in the coveted 18-49 demographic, indicating a notable upsurge from the previous week’s viewership of 703,000 and a slight dip from 0.24 rating in the same demographic. Despite a slight dip in the key demographic number, the overall increase in viewership has been substantial, positioning NXT favourably in comparison to recent AEW shows.
The June 4th WWE NXT show was the go-home edition of the show before the upcoming PLE, NXT Battleground: Las Vegas, which is set to take place on June 10th.
Battleground will see matches such as Roxanne Perez defending her NXT Women’s Title against Jordynne Grace, a 6-person Ladder Match for the inaugural NXT Women’s North American Title, and Trick Williams defending his NXT Championship against Ethan Page.
NXT did 768K/0.22 last night, so it was the product and not Sexyy Red that led to the increase last week. Viewers are above many recent AEW shows and demo is just below.
