After more than a year of waiting, NXT call-up Odyssey Jones has finally made his televised debut on WWE Raw.

Following on from multiple appearances on NXT programming from 2021, Jones was officially called up to the main roster as part of the 2023 Draft. However, as the year went on Jones would compete in dark matches and at house shows but was yet to make any televised appearances, leading many fans to question if Jones would ever appear on the main roster. One year had passed and Jones was still not seen on TV but was once again drafted the following year to Raw. While some had joked that Jones’ debut would never come, the August 5th edition of Raw brought the streak to an end.

As The New Day faced off against AOP on Raw, Karrion Kross provided interference to give The Final Testament the advantage. Towards the closing moments of the match, Jones made his way to ringside to dispatch Kross and allow Woods to capitalise and give his team the victory. Saving The New Day from a post-match beatdown, Jones picked up both Akam and Rezar to deliver a double sidewalk slam before slamming Kross for a second time.

Impressing many with his debut, Big E said the following regarding Jones’ debut on social media:

The big man looked phenomenal!!! A star is born! Odyssey made a lot of new fans tonight! #WWERaw
