WWE Has “A Lot Of Interest” In Working With Jake Paul

Jake Paul stands in-ring at WWE Crown Jewel 2022

As was revealed during the pre-event press conference, Jake Paul did indeed make his WWE debut at Crown Jewel, getting involved in the headlining Undisputed WWE Universal Championship showdown between his brother Logan and the defending champion Roman Reigns. His involvement led to both of The Usos being laid out.

Although many would suspect this means ‘The Problem Child’ is being primed for a WWE run, that’s not quite the case. As of this writing, there are no concrete plans in place for Jake Paul within WWE. Per PWInsider, however, there is “a lot of interest” from both sides in working together again.

Logan Paul ultimately lost to Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel, being downed with a Spear in a nearly 25-minute clash. The bout left the social media superstar with a litany of injuries, tearing his MCL, ACL, and potentially his meniscus

Jake Paul Open To WWE Run

Speaking to various media outlets immediately following Crown Jewel, Jake Paul explained how he would be open to working with WWE more in the future, believing them to be an “amazing company” to be a part of:

“For sure. Why not? That was so much fun and I know we could take it a long way. I loved it. I loved everything about it and then everyone here, everyone in WWE is super nice, super helpful, so it just seems like an amazing company to be a part of.”

Continuing, Jake Paul hinted that should he and Logan stick around in WWE, they’d one day hold the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships:

“I don’t know, I just wish I was out there sooner to help Logan, but I mean Roman Reigns is dope, he’s cool, he’s a great fighter, but at the end of the day, if we do this for a little bit longer, the Paul brothers will be the WWE champions.”
