A festive treat awaits audiences this December as a trailer has been released for Jack in Time for Christmas, an upcoming holiday comedy featuring WWE legend Dave Bautista.
The movie, set to premiere globally on Prime Video on December 3rd, stars British comedian Jack Whitehall and promises a mix of holiday cheer, comedy, and star-studded appearances. The film follows Whitehall on a comedic, time-sensitive adventure as he attempts to make it back to the UK in time for Christmas after finding himself unexpectedly stranded in the United States.
With only four days to navigate his way home, he encounters a variety of colourful characters along the way, including Batista. In a humorous scene shown in the trailer, the former 6-time WWE World Champion is seated next to Whitehall on an aeroplane, where Whitehall’s character tries to engage him in classic travel games like “I Spy” and “Never Have I Ever,” much to the obvious annoyance of “The Animal.”
Produced by Workerbee, a Banijay UK company, and Jackpot Productions, Jack in Time for Christmas promises to deliver laughs and feel-good moments, with Whitehall’s comedic timing and Batista’s stone-faced reactions adding to the appeal. Bautista has transitioned from WWE fame to Hollywood stardom with roles in films like Guardians of the Galaxy and Dune.
Which Stipulation Did Batista Want For His Match With Triple H At WWE WrestleMania 35?
Batista spoke about his match with Triple H at WWE WrestleMania 35 and that he initially wanted a different match type than the No Holds Barred Match that took place. Batista said that he initially wanted the match to be held inside a Hell in a Cell structure but that Vince McMahon didn’t like the idea due to the company having a Hell in a Cell pay-per-view event later in the year.
