WWE Interested In Bringing Back Another Former Superstar

In recent months a number of former WWE Superstars have returned to the company as Triple H reshapes the main roster. This policy had led to returns for the likes of Bray Wyatt, Karrion Kross, Dakota Kai, Braun Strowman and more.

It has now been reported that another former Superstar could be on their way back to the sports entertainment giant, and they could be back soon.

WWE Interested In Re-Signing Mia Yim

As reported by Fightful Select, WWE hold an interest in Mia Yim who was released back in November 2021. At the time of her departure Yim hadn’t wrestled on the main roster since December 2020, in fact she hadn’t wrestled at all since being defeated by Nikki Cross on Main Event the same month.

After leaving WWE, Yim signed with IMPACT Wrestling and made her debut at Under Siege saving Taya Valkyrie from a post-match attack courtesy of Deonna Purrazzo. However, her agreement with the company came to an end after the recent Bound for Glory tapings.

The report adds that WWE were aware of her agreement coming to an end and were prepared for it. Although there is no word on a start date, it is expected that she will be brought back “soon.”

The news comes just seven days after Emma made her own WWE comeback on Friday Night SmackDown where she was defeated by Ronda Rousey.

Emma’s return occurred as rumours continue to swirl around the future of a number of ex-WWE Superstars. In the lead up to SmackDown it was reported that Chelsea Green had finished her spell with IMPACT Wrestling at the most recent set of tapings. An earlier report had claimed that WWE held an interest in bringing her back to the company.

With Emma back on SmackDown it has also been reported that Tegan Nox could soon be joining her. While Nox hasn’t wrestled since being released by the company back in November 2021, it has been claimed that there is interest in having her back in the fold.
